So here we are. The 3rd of December and all I can think about is how I miss Grandma's cooking. This was the second Thanksgiving (Agnes' first out of the womb) I spent with Paul's family at his paternal grandparent's house. Grandma Joyce (whom Agnes Joyce is named after) cooked many italian dishes and many of the traditional Thanksgiving food. Every meal was a feast, and a yummy one at that. I hope to one day be as devoted and dedicated to making a holiday as lovely as she does :)

Ladies in the kitchen (Mother, Grandma Joyce, and Aunt)
We spent Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at there house in Ohio before leaving to travel to Indiana for a night to visit Paul's maternal grandparents. Agnes was able to meet her great grandfather for the first time as well as some great aunts and great great aunts. It's awesome how that is possible. Since I am the youngest child of 6, both sides of my grandparents have passed and we haven't gotten to visit my relatives in New York. When we do visit my side of the family, we make it a priority to see my parents and siblings, since everyone is everywhere. It was nice to be able to see both sides of Paul's in one Thanksgiving trip and for Agnes to meet new people. It seemed like it was all about her for some reason ;)
